国有大型企业退休职工的生活现状——基于河南SM集团的调查

Current Situation of Retired Workers in Large State-owned Enterprises:Based on the Investigation of SM Group of He'nan

本文通过对SM集团这一大型工业纺织国有企业退休职工的抽样调查,分析了SM集团退休职工的生活状况、健康医疗状况、对国家养老相关政策的态度、受企改的影响以及在这些方面存在的问题,并将其与行政事业单位退休职工做对比,在此基础上提出了一些对策和建议。

The passage analyses the retired workers＇ living conditions,health care status,attitude toward the national pension policies and the impact by the changes of the enterprise and the problems arose by these aspects and puts up with some strategies and suggestions through the sample survey of the retirees of the SM Group,the large state-owned industrial and textile enterprise.Meanwhile,the paper also makes a comparison between the results of the investigation and the cause of the retirees of the organs in the same area.According to the results of investigation,there have existed some problems in the economic security,the concerning degree of the retirement by the enterprise managers and the use of human capital of the retired workers of SM group.Based on these problems,this paper has put up with some strategies and needs more attention of the enterprise.
