殡葬改革社会政策梗阻现象探析——以H省W市Z村为例

摘要 殡葬这一永恒的社会活动必然需要受到社会政策的调控,而殡葬改革政策实施过程中存在种种梗阻。本文拟将通过选点实地调研,基于社会政策视角和分析方法,对W市Z村殡葬改革政策制定、实施过程中尚存的梗阻现象进行分析,进而从文化张力、民众认同、执行机制等方面针对如何有效推进殡葬改革提出对策建议。 Funeral of this timeless social activity inevitably needs the regulation of social policy,however implementation process of funeral reform policy has all kinds of obstruction.Based on the social policy perspective and analysis method through spot research,this paper analyses the phenomenon of the remaining obstruction that existed in the process of funeral reform policy establishment and implementation,and projects the countermeasures and suggestions of how to promote the funeral reform from culture tension,public recognition and enforcement mechanism.
