摘要
采用产生函数(Generating Function)方法讨论了V型三能级量子点体系在泵浦场和探测场作用下的发射光子的统计特性.研究表明:在强泵浦场作用下,跃迁偶极矩垂直的V型三能级体系表现出Autler-Townes分裂现象;而在跃迁偶极矩平行的V型三能级系统表现出类似于相干粒子数囚禁的现象.通过所施加的探测场,我们可以调节量子点系统发射光子的开关状态.
In this paper,we studied emission photons statistical properties of the V type three level system driven by a strong pump field and a weak probe filed using the generating function approach.The results demonstrate that the lineshape shows Autler-Townes splitting phenomenon for the case of electric dipole moments orthogonal.The lineshape,however,shows a coherent population trapping like phenomenon for the case of electric dipole moments parallel.We can control the emission photons of the system through modifying the frequency of probe field.
