The Consequences and Causes of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Injection Overdosage

中药注射剂在临床中使用越来越广泛,但若未按照药品说明书规定剂量使用,随意加大剂量使用是不合理用药。本文综述了中药注射剂超剂量使用现状,引发的后果及其原因,为临床安全使用中药注射剂防止医疗纠纷,减少药品不良反应提供信息。并提醒临床医师使用中药注射剂时应按照药品说明书用法用量及疗程。

Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） injection has been used more and more in clinic ,but overdosage is common. Using medicine beyond instruction becomes breakthrough of irrational using medicine. This paper describes present utilizations,consequences and causes of TCM injection overdosage. It is hoped to provide references for safety use of TCM in clinic, preventing medical dispute and reduction of adverse effect. Also it reminds clinicians to follow the instructions of medicine.
