概述了学术界关于司法社会工作内涵及理论研究的进展,分析了司法社会工作的双重特征与存在的问题,梳理了司法社会工作在各个实务领域的推进;明确了应从立法保障、人才建设、制度保障和财政投入等途径入手推进其进一步发展。

In this paper, evolution of judicial social work is summarized based on lots of existing literature, characteristics of judicial social work are anaylzed, promotion of judicial work in every practice field is cleared up, and further development which should start from the aspects of legislative guarantee, talents construction, institutional guarantee and financial investment is determined.
