文章通过对现有抗逆力重构模型的分析来探索青少年抗逆力重构的运作机制。在梳理Hunter、Kumpfer和Richardson三位学者对抗逆力重构运作机制研究的基础上,对抗逆力重构运作机制进行了概括和过程提取,并结合实地研究简述青少年抗逆力重构运作机制的过程与特点。

The content of article is exploring the operating mechanism of youth resilience reconstruction through analyzing the existing resilience reconstruction model. On the basis of combing the researches of resilience reconstruction from Hunter, Kumpfer and Richardson, the author extracts the general process of operating mechanism of Informal support factors in resilience reconstruction, and combined with the practical research to discuss the operating mechanism and characteristics of operating mechanism of the resilience reconstruction.
