目的:探讨简单易行、适用于垦区开展社区康复的具体技术方法。方法:以典型常见病为主,制定系统的健康教育方案和适宜的康复技术方案,用以指导基层卫生技术人员和康复协调员开展相应的社区康复工作。结果:系统的健康教育方案与适宜康复技术方案给基层卫生技术人员和康复协调员提供了具体的工作流程及有效的工作指导,使社区康复工作得到良好效果。结论:常见慢性疾病健康教育与适宜康复技术方案可以做为社区康复工作的指导方案而推广应用。

Objective： Explore the simple, applicable and specific technical method for land reclamation area to develop community rehabilitation.Methods： In typical common diseases primarily, the health education scheme formulated system and appropriate rehabilitation technology solutions to instruct the community rehabilitation coordinator, carry out the corresponding community rehabilitation work. Results： System health education and appropriate rehabilitation technology give community-based rehabilitation coordinator specific working process and effective work instruction, which make the community-based rehabilitation gain good effect. Conclusion： Health education and appropriate rehabilitation technology for common chronic diseases can be used as guidelines for community-based rehabilitation and was essential to be popularized.
