摘要
目的:筛选毛冬青根中总黄酮提取的最佳条件。方法:采用正交试验研究不同乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度和乙醇倍量对总黄酮提取率的影响,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,并以此筛选毛冬青中总黄酮提取的最佳条件。结果:最佳提取条件为:用15倍量的75%乙醇在100℃摄氏度条件下提取1.5h。结论:乙醇浓度影响最大,其次为提取时间,提取温度、乙醇倍量对毛冬青总黄酮提取率影响不明显。
Objective：To opatimize and establish the estraction of total flavones in Pubescent Holly root.Method：The orthogonal design was used test the reflux extraction effect of sovient volume,extraction time,temperature and the ethanol concentration on extacts yield.The content of the total flavones was determined by UV.Result：The optimal extraction condition of the total flabones in Pubescent Holly root,was extracting with 15 times volume of sample weight with 75% ethanol for 1.5h with the temperature of 100℃.Conclusion：The first important effecting is the concentration of ethanol,the second was extraction time.The last is the volume and temperature.
