Syndrome Differentiation of Advanced Pancreatic Cancer:47 Cases Analysis

目的:对胰腺癌的中医证候分布规律进行分析。方法:采用回顾性的研究方法,对本组患者的中医证复杂,临床应用当结合其本虚标实的特点进行辨证论治。

Objective：To analyse TCM pattern distribution rule of pancreatic cancer.Methods：Retrospective study method was used to analyse patients＇ TCM pattern distribution.Combined patterns were separated to calculate the frequency of separate patterns.Results：There were four main patterns which are blood stasis,Qi stagnation,Qi（Yang）deficiency,and phlegm dampness.There was no close relationship between pattern distribution and patients＇ sex,age,and location.Conclusion：The pattern distribution of pancreatic cancer is complicated and deficient root excessive manifestation should be considered in clinic practice.
