摘要
目的:测定正常大鼠脊髓诱发电位及运动诱发电位,建立本研究大鼠诱发电位正常值数据库。方法:取40只SD大鼠,麻醉下分别行SSEP及CMEP检测。SSEP检测:电刺激一侧胫神经,在T12-13棘间韧带处记录感觉诱发电位。CMEP检测:刺激电极置于大鼠相应的人体头部C3、C4,记录电极置于大鼠后腿大鱼际处。结果:SSEP由一个正向波(P)和一个负向波(N)组成,潜伏期为P:(3.17±0.43)ms和N:(6.58±0.77)ms;波幅为P:(2.15±0.43)μV和N:(1.42±0.82)μV,P-N峰峰波幅(3.57±1.70)μV。CMEP由P1、N1、P2、N2组成,P1N1较为清楚,潜伏期为P1:(8.60±0.87)ms和N1:(9.81±1.02)ms;波幅为P1:(229.85±247.12)μV和N1:(143.15±130.41)μV,P1-N1峰峰波幅(373.00±342.53)μV。结论:大鼠SSEP及CMEP测定正常值潜伏期较稳定,可以作为病理实验对照参考,而波幅差异较大。
Objective:Determining the spinal somatosensory evoked potentials and cortical motor evoked potentials in normal rats to establish the unit normal database.Methods:40 SD rats under anesthesia were performed SSEP and CMEP testing.SSEP test:Sensory evoked potentials were recorded in T12~13 interspinous ligament while stimulating one side of the tibial nerve.CMEP test:stimulating electrodes were placed in the corresponding human head C3,C4,recording electrodes were placed at the thenar of rat hind legs.Results:SSEP consists of a positive wave(P)and a negative wave(N).Wave latency:P(3.17±0.43)ms,N(6.58±0.77)ms;Amplitude:P(2.15±0.43)μV,N(1.42±0.82)μV,PN(3.57±1.70)μV.CMEP consists of P1,N1,P2,N2.P1N1 was more clearly.Wave latency:P1(8.60±0.87)ms,N1(9.81±1.02)ms.Amplitude:P1(229.85±247.12)μV,N1(143.15±130.41)μV,P1-N1(373.00±342.53)μV.Conclusion:The latency of normal rats SSEP and CMEP is stable,which can be used as the control reference,while the volatility is quite different.
