豨莶草药理研究进展

Progress in Pharmacdogical Research of Herba Siegesbeckiae

目的:综述豨莶草的化学成分及药理活性研究进展。方法:通过查阅近年来国内外文献,按照化学成分及药理活性进行分类综述。结果:豨莶草中主要含酯类、长链烷醇类、有机酸及其他类化合物成分,并且具有抗血栓形成、抗炎镇痛、抗病原微生物等多种药理活性。结论:豨莶草中有效活性成分化学结构明确,药理活性研究开发前景广阔。

Objective：To review the chemical constituents of Herba Siegesbeckiae and the development of the reserch about the pharmacological activities.Methods：We classified and summarized it according with the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities through reading the recent literature in domestic and foreign countries.Results：Herba Siegesbeckiae mainly contains esters,long chainalkanol,organic acids and other compounds and has thepharmacological activities of preventing thrombosis,eliminating inflammation,analgesia,resisting pathogenic microorganism,etc.Conclusion：The Chemical Structure of the effective ingredients about Herba Siegesbeckiae is clearly,there is a good prospect on pharmacological research and development.
