目前认为宫颈持续的HPV感染是导致宫颈癌的主要原因。慢性宫颈炎是妇科常见疾病,由多种致病因素所致,慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者是宫颈癌变的高危患者,对其治疗和干预以预防宫颈癌变的发生是近年研究的热点,文章对这方面的研究进展作一综述。
