Therapy Ideas of Sores in Dongtian Aozhi

文章主要探讨清代医家陈士铎所著《洞天奥旨》中治疗疮疡的学术思想。研究认为,陈士铎在疮疡的治疗上明辨标本、阴阳、善恶、经络、虚实、脉症合参、因人制宜、多法合用,不拘汤药,论述了比较完善的疮疡治疗理论,书中方药亦值得借鉴和运用,是清代一部优秀的外科疮疡专著。

The article mainly discuss the therapy ideas of Sores in Dongtian Aozhi which is writed by Doctor CHEN Shi-duo in Qing dynasty.When he treat Sores,CHEN Shi-duo will consider many aspects such as the＂branch＂and the＂root＂,Yin and Yang,deficiency and excess,meridians and collaterals,etc.He has relatively perfect Sores treatment theories in his book and many prescriptions in it can be used even now.At all,Dongtian Aozhi is an excellent surgery book in Qing dynasty.
