基础治疗加洗必灵洗剂熏洗治疗血栓性外痔疗效观察

Treating Thrombotic External Hemorrhoids by Basic Treatment Cooperate with Fumigation and Washing with"XiBiling"Pack Medicament:a Clinical Observation

目的:观察基础治疗加洗必灵洗剂熏洗治疗血栓性外痔的疗效。方法:200例血栓性外痔患者随机分为治疗组100例和对照组100例。治疗组采用洗必灵熏洗加地奥司明口服治疗;对照组采用PP粉坐浴加地奥司明口服治疗,两组均以10天为1个疗程,观察疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率为92%,对照组愈显率为78%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);症状、体征改善情况治疗组与对照组相比亦有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:洗必灵洗剂熏洗配合基础治疗能够明显改善血栓性外痔患者的临床症状和体征,具有方法简单、高效安全、剂型科学合理的特点,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of treating thrombotic external hemorrhoids by Fumigation and washing with＂XiBiling＂pack medicament.Methods：200 cases of patients suffer from thrombotic external hemorrhoids were divided into the therapeutic group and the control group by random.The therapeutic group were treated by Fumigation and washing with＂XiBiling＂pack medicament and given Diosmin.The control group were treated by hip bath with＂PP powder＂and given Diosmin.Both groups take 10 days as a period of treatment.Therapeutic effect was observed.Results：The markedly effective rate of the therapeutic group are 92%,and the control group are 78%.To compare the two groups,there is statistical significant difference.There is significant difference between the two groups of the improvement on symptoms and signs（P0.01）.The therapeutic group is superior to the control group.Conclusion：Fumigation and washing with＂XiBiling＂pack medicament cooperate with basic treatment can markedly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and the method is simple,efficient,security,the form is scientific and sensible.
