甘草与海藻配伍对甘草高效液相指纹图谱的影响

Research on the Influence of Fingerprint of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis with Sargassum Fusiforme Incompatibility by HPLC

目的:建立甘草的HPLC指纹图谱,研究甘草海藻不同比例配伍对甘草指纹图谱的影响。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,选用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.08%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),分析时间70min,检测波长为235nm。结果:该方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,可用于甘草药材指纹图谱的测定。标定了甘草指纹图谱21个共有指纹峰,考察了这21个共有峰峰面积在不同比例配伍中的变化。结论:甘草海藻不同比例配伍对甘草指纹图谱的影响显著。

Objective：To set up the HPLC fingerprint of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and study the influence of compatibility on fingerprint of glycyrrhiza uralensis in the herb couples.Method：The RP-HPLC method was used,chromatography conditions was Kromasil C18 column（250mm ×4.6mm,5μm）,the acetonitrile（A）-0.08% phosphoric acid water（B）（gradient elution）as mobile phase and analysis of time 70 minutes and detective wavelength at 235nm.Result：The method is stable and reliable with a good reproducibility and can be used for the determination the fingerprint of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The result showed that 21 peaks were common in the fingerprint of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The area changes of 21 common peaks in different proportion of compatibility were studied.Conclusion：The fingerprint of glycyrrhiza uralensis compatible with different proportion Sargassum fusiforme is markedly influenced.
