摘要
大学生就业问题已经是关系到社会稳定和发展的大问题。面对逐年增多的毕业生队伍,如何解决好他们的就业问题已经是国内外专家学者讨论的热点问题。本文在切实分析目前大学生就业现状的基础上,对大学生就业过程中存在的问题进行切实的分析,并且结合相关的理论,分析产生这些问题的原因,在对大学生就业影响因素深入分析的基础上,切实的提出可行的操作策略。
