摘要
传统的纵联距离保护针对弱电源侧的情况,是通过人工整定"投弱电源侧"控制字来实现。当系统运行方式变化时,弱电源侧出现具有不确定性,若不及时对控制字作出相应修改,误整定该控制字有可能造成纵联距离保护动作行为不正确。提出一种允许式自适应弱馈实现方式,其主要依靠光纤通道传送分相允许命令,使保护整定运行不受弱电源侧的影响。仿真结果表明,该方案简单可靠,可以有效防止因运行方式变化导致纵联距离保护误动。
The traditional scheme of the pilot distance protection for weak feedback relies on the "weak souree end enabled" control word which is set manually rather than automatically. When the system operation mode changes, uncertainty occurs to the weak source end. If the control word (ses) cannot be modified timely, the pilot distance protection may misact, To address the problem, the paper proposes a new approach compatible with weak source end automatically, and this approach is realized by transmitting phase permission signals through the optical fiber channel. The simulation results show that the scheme is a simple and reliable way to prevent pilot distance protection real-operation when the operation mode is changed.
