摘要
垃圾渗滤液是一种成分复杂多变的高浓度难处理有机废水。采用加载磁絮凝技术对垃圾渗滤液进行预处理,以提高其可生化性,便于后续生化处理的进行。研究了适宜的磁载体种类、凝聚剂和絮凝剂的加入量,以及不同pH值和药剂投加顺序的影响,并进行了磁絮凝与常规絮凝工艺的对比实验。得到的最优组合工艺为:PAC投加量5.5 g/L,磁载体投加量35 g/L,PAM投加量0.011 g/L,最佳pH 5.37,PAC和磁粉同时投加优于其他投加方式。渗滤液经预处理后COD去除率42%,浊度去除率92%,色度去除率88%,氨氮去除率65%,总磷去除率79%。磁絮凝沉降速度明显比常规絮凝快。
Landfill leachate is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater.In this study,the technology of magnetic flocculation was used to pretreat the landfill leachate,the testing factors included optimum dosage of magnetic carriers,agglomerants and flocculants,the influence of pH and dosing sequence.And the results were compared with chemical flocculation and magnetic flocculation.The results reveals that 42% of COD removal efficiency,92% of turbidity reduction,88% of chroma removal,79% of ammonia nitrogen reduction,and 65% of phosphorus removal can achieved at the optimum dosage of PAC 5.5 g/L,magnetic carriers 35 g/L,PAM 0.011 g/L,pH 5.37.And the settle rate of magnetic flocculation is much higher than that of traditional flocculation.
