摘要
石灰石浆液的性能是影响湿法烟气脱硫效率的主要因素,而石灰石浆液的密度又是影响其性能的主要参数。现场制浆过程中,运行参数的变动会使得浆液密度值发生变化,从而影响浆液性能。因此,通过调整制浆系统运行参数,寻找石灰石浆液密度敏感因素,对优化浆液性能具有重要意义。以某600 MW火力发电厂湿式脱硫制浆系统作为研究对象,通过现场实验,研究了给料量、补水量、球磨机电流、漩流器压力与浆液密度的关系,并利用最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)对石灰石浆液密度进行单目标建模,以机组某负荷运行工况为基准,分析了各相关因素变化对石灰石浆液密度敏感性的影响,其结果对于运行人员调整参数以提高石灰石浆液性能具有一定的参考意义。
The performance of limestone slurry has the important influence on efficiency of wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD).And limestone slurry density is one of the significant parameters.In the field,the slurry density could be changed by adjusting the operating parameters.Therefore,it is so crucial to the performance optimization of limestone slurry.With wet desulfurization systems of a 600 MW power plant,the relationships of slurry density and feeding quantity,filling water,mill electrical current,swirling flow pressure were studied.The single objective model of limestone slurry density was built by the least square support vector machine(LSSVM).And then the relevant factors on limestone slurry density were analyzed through utilizing an operating condition as the fiducial values.Finally,the sensitivity of limestone slurry density and related factors were obtained.The results are useful to supervise operator for improving the performance of limestone slurry.
