激光类全新耗材和再生耗材对环境影响的生命周期评价 被引量:1

Life cycle of environmental impact assessment of new and renewable laser supplies

摘要 以激光类打印耗材——TN350为例,应用生命周期评价方法,对全新TN350和再生TN350进行生命周期资源消耗与污染物排放清单分析,在此基础上进行生命周期环境影响评价。重点考虑6种环境影响类型:全球变暖、酸化、富营养化、光化学臭氧、固体废弃物、工业烟尘和粉尘。结果表明,相对于全新TN350,再生TN350的原油消耗量削减了54.2%,能源消耗量减少了42%,对全球变暖的影响减少了4.17%,对环境酸化的影响减少了6.67%,对光化学烟雾影响减少了33.1%,固体废物排放量减少了25%,烟尘和粉尘排放量减少了3.7%。 Taking laser supplies TN350 as an example,the life cycle was applied to new TN350 and renewable TN350 based on resource consumption and pollutant emission inventory analysis.This study focused on six types of environmental impact: global warming,acidification,eutrophication,photochemical ozone,solid waste,industrial smoke and dust.The results showed that compared to the new TN350,renewable TN350 could respectively reduce crude oil consumption,energy consumption,impact of global warming,the impact of acidification,impact of photochemical smog reduction,and solid waste generation,smoke and dust emission by 54.2%,42%,4.17%,6.67%,33.1%,25%,and 3.7%.
