摘要
2011年4月28日美国州首席教育官员理事会所属的州际教师评价与支持协会颁布州际《示范核心教学标准》,这是针对所有中小学教师的一项新的教学标准。该标准整合了全国性和地方各州的教师标准,这对教师教育改革及改变美国基础教育教学质量低下的问题都有积极的意义。标准的修订由专业组织牵头,是各州与专业组织合作伙伴努力的结果,各州可自愿采纳实施。该标准从知识.、性向和绩效表现三个方面详细描述了教师专业实践的复杂性。《示范核心教学标准》将为美国各州制定教师政策和计划提供广泛的基础,进而提升教师效能。
On April 28, 2011, Council of Chief State School Officer's Interstate Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium announced the release of the new InTASC Model Core Teaching Standards. The current core teaching standards articulate standards of professional practice for all teachers. The new standards were designed to align with national and state standards, It will change the weaknesses of teaching performance. The revision of the standards that led by InTASC has been a state-led effort in partnership with the teaching profession. It's voluntary for each states. These standards maintain the delineation of knowledge, dispositions and performances as a way to probe the complexity of the teacher's practice. The new model standards will be used as a foundation for a wide range of policies and programs to promote teacher effectiveness.
