小型并网光伏电站移动检测平台设计与开发 被引量:14

摘要 针对目前国内太阳能光伏电站广泛接入电网的情况,依据光伏电站接入电网的技术规定,研制出一套针对小型并网光伏电站的移动式现场检测平台。该检测平台能够完成并网光伏电站的电压/频率响应特性、防孤岛保护特性、功率输出特性、电能质量指标,以及光伏电站通用性能指标的现场检测。针对光伏电站分散接入电网的特点,该检测平台具有灵活的移动性能。检测平台对光伏电站开展了现场检测,测试结果表明该检测平台能够完成所有预定测试内容。 In view of the current trend of connecting photovoltaie power stations to the power grid in China and according to the technical stiptdations for grid connection of photovoltaie power stations, a small-scale mobile detection platform for the grid connection of photovoltaic power stations is developed. The utility vobage arid frequency disturbance test, anti-islanding test, power output feature test, electric power quality test and general performance test can be made on the spot by the mobile detection platform. In light of the characteristics of distributed access to the grid of the photovoltaic power station, the detection platform designed is capable of flexible mobile performance.
