摘要
通过对交流接触器的分断电流和燃弧时间进行监测,根据触头的电磨损机制,综合考虑分断电流和燃弧时间,给出任意分断电流下的电磨损计算方法。提出了预测交流接触器剩余相对电寿命的理论模型。
Breaking current and arcing time are closely related to electrical endurance.Based on the wear mechanism of the electrical contacts,considering the breaking current and arcing time,a calculation method of the electrical wear under any breaking current was provided,and the theoretical model used to predict the relative remaining electrical life of the contactor was proposed.
