摘要
研究了1 kW多级型光伏逆变电源。前级使用Buck电路来实现最大功率跟踪(MPPT);中间推挽电路采用SG3525来控制。针对传统的单电压控制的逆变电源在非线性负载时,输出波形畸变严重、谐波含量大的缺点,提出逆变部分电容电压、电容电流双闭环控制策略,利用单片机实现了数字PI控制。试验验证了多级型光伏逆变器的实用性。
A 1 kW multi-stage photovoltaic inverter power supply was researched.The first stage uses Buck circuit to achieve MPPT;the middle push-pull circuit uses SG35725 to control.When the traditional single voltage controlled inverter power supply works in nonlinear loads,the output waveform has a large serious harmonic distortion.Based on it,a capacitor voltage and capacitor current double closed loop control strategy was proposed,using microcontroller to realize the digital PI control.The correctness of the analysis was verified by experiment.
