摘要 介绍了将CANopen主站功能在PLC上实现的实例。将主站按功能分成多个模块,不同的模块完成不同的任务。归纳出在PLC上运行的CANopen主站的机制。将主站分为两种不同的状态,分别对不同状态下主站的工作流程和完成的工作做了研究。将CANopen主站以模块的形式加入PLC的软件系统中,通过数据映射方法与PLC实现数据交换以达到与PLC的无缝结合。提出的方法可用于实际生产,有很宽阔的市场前景。 An instance which implements the CANopen master function on a programmable logic controller(PLC) was introduced.The CANopen master function can be divided into different modules.Each module runs a task of the CANopen master function.The principle of the CANopen master function running on the PLC was concluded.The master works on two different states.And the workflow of the two different states was described.The CANopen master function was embedded in the software system of PLC as a software module.It exchanges the data with the PLC system by a data mapping method.This instance has a great significance and application value.Also it has good market prospect.
