安全型智能差压变送器Profibus-PA通信接口的设计

摘要 以模块化的设计思想,采用专用协议芯片DPC31和调制解调芯片SIM1-2,为本质安全型差压变送器设计开发了Profibus-PA通信接口。试验结果证明,该方案可使差压变送器作为从站接入Profibus-PA总线,实现与主站在本质安全环境下可靠、低功耗的通信。 The slave station development of intrinsically safe Profibus-PA intelligent differential pressure transmitter communication interface was introduced.Under the modular design concept,by using the protocol chip DPC31 and modem chip SIM1-2,an intrinsically safe communication interface of Profibus-PA for the differential pressure transmitter was designed and developed.ATmega128L collected the pressure signal data that packaged by DPC31,modem through SIM1-2 to upload data to Profibus-PA bus.The tested results show that the module makes the use of differential pressure transmitter as a slave station access to Profibus-PA bus,which achieves reliable,low-power communications of the master station in the intrinsically safe environment.
