虚实结合情境中的美国多元文化职前教师教育方法述评

摘要 在线对话与社区服务是近年来涌现的美国多元文化职前教师教育方法,两者的综合运用,彰显出虚实结合情境中美国多元文化职前教师培养方式的新变化,这也为改善美国教师教育的整体发展状况,以应对现实挑战提供了可行途径。
