商业银行持续创新动力、能力和机遇的耦合机制

A Study on the Mechanism and Coupling of Dynamics,Capability and Opportunity in China Commercial Bank's Sustainable Innovation

本文基于现有持续创新理论归纳了银行持续创新理论框架,构建了一个银行持续创新初步测评表,并以现实案例进行修改、完善和验证,结果证明测评表用来测度银行持续创新是适用的,创新动力、能力和机遇同银行持续创新正相关,三者耦合度越高,银行持续创新越可能实现。本文的研究意义在于:(1)从深度访谈的规范案例研究方法中形成一个适用的银行持续创新测评表;(2)深化持续创新理论研究,构建了动力、能力和机遇耦合度分析模型。

The starting point of the paper was an extensive analysis of extant enterprise＇ s sustainable innovation theories to develop an initial Commercial Bank＇ s theoretical framework and a preliminary banking sustainable innovation assessment instrument. The preliminary banking sustainable innovation assessment instrument was further developed and refined via four exploratory case studies. Three subsequent confirmatory case studies were used to validate the instrument＇s effectiveness. The study identifies that the Banking Sustainable Innovation Assessment instrument is shown to be very useful for a bank. The dynamics, capability and opportunity of China Commercial Bank＇s Sustainable Innovation are a positive correlation with their sustainable innovation. Finally, by taking shanghai Pudong development bank as a case, coupling degree model is used. The main contributions of the paper： （ 1）Constructing a useful Banking Sustainable Innovation Assessment instrument based on normative ease studies via an indepth interview with 7 banks; （2）Deepening the theories on sustainable innovation.
