摘要
吉林省科技创新中存在着科技创新成果数量和投入水平低、科技创新环境相对落后、新兴与优势产业发展不平衡的问题。研究科技创新体系架构,设计横向一体化、纵向一体化、混合虚拟化的科技创新体系,是解决这些问题的重要途径。
There are many problems in technology innovation systems in Jilin Province, such as small number of scientific and technological innovations, low level of inputs, relatively backward scientific and technological innovation environment and unbalanced development in new and competitive industries. Research on the architecture of technology innovation system and design of horizontal integration and vertical integration mixed with virtual technology innovation system are impor- tant ways to solve these problems.
