摘要
针对科研机构知识共享的影响因素进行分析,总结中科院高技术类研究所的项目管理、知识共享现状及特点,结合中科院ARP系统在科研项目过程管理中的问题与不足,在系统分析高技术类研究所科研项目典型研制流程的基础上,提出构建实现科研项目过程管理的知识共享系统模型,并给出了中科院高技术类研究所知识共享系统模型总体架构,实现研究所显性与隐性知识的积累与共享,推动业务流程优化,加速实现研究所的科研创新和管理创新。
This paper analyzed the impact factors of research institutions＇ knowledge - sharing, and summarized the sta- tus and characteristics of the CAS hightech institutes＇ project management and knowledge sharing. Combined with the problems and shortcomings of CAS - ARP system on scientific project management, based on the analysis of typical devel- opment process of scientific research institute, the paper put forward a knowledge sharing process management system model for the scientific research project, presented a general framework of knowledge- sharing model on CAS high-tech institutes, and achieved the institutes＇ accumulation and sharing of explicit and tacit knowledge, so as to promote business process optimization and speed up high - tech innovation and management innovation of scientific research institute.
