摘要
为了提高公司工作效率和库存管理水平,通过在库存管理过程中进行严格的控制与全过程的监控,对公司人员的规范操作起到指导和监督控制作用,提高了入库、管理、出库的效率,利于公司的决策分析,减少了公司管理工作的强度。
In order to improve company efficiency and inventory management, this paper proposed strictly in the inventory process control and monitoring of the whole process, regulate the operation of the company staff to play the role of guidance and supervision and improve the storage, management, efficiency of the library, and analysis of the company＇s decision in favor, reduce the strength of sales management.
