摘要 利用热失重分析仪对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)改性酚醛树脂(PF)的热解过程进行了分析,并根据热失重曲线的特点,将树脂的热解过程分为3个阶段。结果表明,随着升温速率的增大,PEEK改性PF出现延迟分解的现象;根据Kissinger法、Ozawa法和Crane法建立了热解动力学模型,得出热解活化能为561kJ/mol,指前因子为1.06×1035s-1,反应级数为0.9648(近似于1级反应)。 The behavior of thermal decomposition of poly(ether ether ketone) (PEEK) modifiedphenolic resin was investigated. TG curves of PEEK modified PF could be divided into three stages. The thermal decomposition data were analyzed by Kissinger, Ozawa, and Crane equations. The obtained activation energy, pre-exponential factor, and reaction order of the thermal decomposition were 561 kJ/mol, 1.06×10^35s^-1, 0. 9648, respectively.
