摘要
合成了一种新型的2-甲基-3,4-二苯基苯基接枝聚硅氧烷,并将其成功用作毛细管柱气相色谱固定相。该类固定相柱效高,易于涂渍,温度使用范围宽,中等极性,热稳定性好。热重分析表明,该固定相380℃时开始分解,最高柱温达320℃。研究表明它尤其适宜分离取代苯基和稠环芳烃的混合物,和OV-17比较,具有较高的分离效率,并讨论了可能的分离机理。
A new type of 2-methyl-3,4-diphenylphenyl polysiloxane has been synthesized and used successfully as stationary phase for capillary gas chromatography(GC).They displayed high column efficiency,film uniformity,wide operational temperature range,medium polarity,highly cross-linked and excellent selectivity.It can be seen that the polysiloxane began to decompose slightly at 380℃,the maximun allowable temperature was up to 320℃.The stationary phase was especially suitable for separation of substituted benzenes and polycyclic aromatic mixtures.The possible separation mechanism has been investigated in the paper.
