摘要
建立了大米中Cd的微波消解-铋膜电极阳极溶出伏安快速测定方法。在0.2 mol/L HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH 4.0)中,Cd(II)在-650 mV附近出现一灵敏的溶出峰,其质量浓度在1~360μg/L范围内与峰高成正比,检出限可达0.05μg/L,回收率为93.5%~106.3%;本法已用于大米中Cd的测定,并与石墨炉原子吸收法进行了结果比较,具有很好的相关性。
A method for fast determination of cadmium in rice by microwave digestion-anodic stripping voltammetry is reported in this paper.The voltammetric behavior of cadmium is studied on a bismuth film modified glass carbon electrode in a 0.2 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution.The peak potential of cadmium is found at-650 mV(vs.Ag/AgCl).Linear relationship is obtained between the peak height and concentration in the range of 1~360 μg/L.The determination limit obtained is 0.05μg/L.The recoveries are 93.5%~106.3%.The results by this method are close to those of graphite furnace atomic adsorption spectrometry(GF-AAS).This method is proved to be good in repeatability,stability,rapidity and conveniency in operation,especially suitable for the test of the cadmium in rice.
