With the advent of the age of globalization, in order to increase market competitiveness, reduce costs and enter the international market, M＆A as an important external growth strategy for companies expanding the scale and being diversity, Taiwan is also in the wave of global M＆A. By analyzing nearly 10 years of M ＆ A cases in Taiwan, this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of M＆A in Taiwan and future trends.
