This paper reviews the 60 years' development of Tibet financial industry based on statistical data and graphs analysis.It displays the developmental process,historical achievements,course of reform and basic experiences of Tibet financial industry and stresses that the leapfrog development of Tibet economy and society pivots on the fundamental roles of Tibet financial industry.
