摘要
在分析我国开展校园警务工作的基础上,界定校园警务定义,并解析校园警察的主要职责与职权,探寻校园警务的特征和理论渊源,明确校园警务的预防功能和督查功能,进而完成我国校园警务的基础理论建构。
