我国城市客运交通能源回弹效应实证研究 被引量:8

摘要 提高能效是交通部门降低能耗的一种重要途径。然而,能效政策实施的有效性取决于能源回弹效应的大小。运用近似理想需求系统模型测算了我国城市客运的直接回弹效应,并研究了其与家庭收入之间的关系。结果表明:我国城市客运交通能源回弹效应的确存在;随着家庭收入的增加,直接回弹效应有下降的趋势。为了缓和回弹效应对我国运输部门能效政策有效性的影响,有必要制定相应的措施来控制减小能源回弹效应。
