摘要
在酸性条件下,钼酸铵能与氧化苦参碱形成离子缔合物后,体系的共振瑞利散射(RRS)大大增强并产生新的散射光谱.通过共振瑞利散射光谱法研究了酸的浓度、试剂的加入顺序、钼酸铵和氧化苦参碱的浓度等对RRS光谱强度的影响.同时,本实验考察了体系的稳定性、重复性和重现性,均得到了良好的实验结果.这些研究为探索氧化苦参碱含量测定的新方法提供了依据.
In acid medium, oxymatirne reacts with ammonium molybdate to form an ion-association complex, which result in great enhancement of resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) and the appearance of a new RRS spectrum. RRS spectrum of ion-assiciation complex was related with acidity, the sequence of addition of the regent, the concentration of oxymatime and ammonium molybdate by resonance Rayleigh scattering method. The results of experiments have good stability, repeatability and reproducibility. It offered a new approach to determination of oxymatrine.
