碳掺杂TiO_2的制备表征及制备过程中影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对碳改性TiO2的制备方法进行了研究,以钛酸四正丁酯为前驱物和葡萄糖为碳源采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2光催化材料,并对其制备过程中的影响因素进行了研究,同时利用XRD、FT-IR、TG/DTA,UV-Vis DRS及TEM等测试手段对催化材料进行表征分析.XRD研究表明,掺杂碳的TiO2经350℃煅烧4 h后均为锐钛矿相,TiO2粒径变小;透射电镜观察TiO2薄膜的表面形貌发现TiO2以球形颗粒分布为主,形成聚集的纳米球晶粒子.热重分析可以明显看出粒子在加热状态下350℃左右开始重量损失,紫外漫反射也充分表明掺杂后的粒子吸收光波长向红波方向移动.研究表明,通过掺杂碳离子对二氧化钛进行的改性,有效抑制电子-空穴对的复合,很大程度提高了光催化反应效率. In this paper, the preparation methods of C-modified TiO2 are investigated. Nano TiO2 Photocatalytic materials are pre- pared by Sol-gel technology, the precursor and source of which is N-butyl titanate and glucose respectively. The results are character- ized and analyzed by XRD, FF-IR, TG/DTA, UV-Vis DRS and TEM. The results show that the compound of electron-hole pair is largely prevented and the efficiency of photocatalytic reaction is improved by doping carbon ions for the modification of TiOz.
