Medical insurance payment system is an important link of the medical insurance and an effective way to realize the insurance function. This paper puts forward several key problems to be solved in the reform of medical insurance payment system urgently and combining successful experience of domestic and fbreign medical insurance payment system reform explores into the influence on fund management and the quality of medical care. Through the study of the strategy and policy choice of China＇s medical insurance payment system reform the best reform path is proposed finally.
