摘要
为了保证油气水流量测量的精度,研制了一种不占用中心通道的静态混合器,仿真和试验表明,在产生很小压差的情况下,混合器可以达到良好的混合效果,为油气水流量精确测量提供了有效的均相方法.
Oil,gas and water must be mixed for ensuring the measuring accuracy in the flow rate measuring process of oil-gas-water.A mixer for oil-gas-water flowmeter was designed,which is does not take up the central space of the flowmeter.The simulation experiments show that the mixer is of good mixing result of oil,gas and water and only produces a little pressure difference.The development of the mixer provides an effective way for the uniform-phase flow-rate measurement of oil-gas-water.
