瞬时受体势6与肿瘤

摘要 瞬时受体电位(TRP)通道是普遍存在于机体各种细胞的一类通道蛋白,其在介导感觉传导、参与细胞信号转导等方面的作用已经有了初步的研究。作为它的亚族组成之一的瞬时受体势6蛋白与胞内钙浓度的改变、肿瘤的发生发展、肿瘤细胞周期改变的相关研究有了新的进展,有望成为肿瘤治疗新的靶点。 Transient receptor potential (TRP) is a kind of novel Ca2+ permeant channel. It is later found that TRP channels are expressed broadly in many organisms, tissues and cell types. It is involved in the regulation of sensory conduction and cell signal transduction. Further studies are required to assess which TRPC6( a member of TRPC subfamily) is associated with the cytosolic Ca2+ levels, development and progression of cancer and tumor cell cycle. TRPC6 may be regarded as new targets for the treatment of cancer.
