抗草甘膦转基因豆粕对肉仔鸡肠黏膜免疫的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Glyphosate-tolerant Soybean Meal on Intestinal Mucosal Immunity in Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在通过研究抗草甘膦转基因豆粕对爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡肠黏膜免疫屏障的影响,从黏膜免疫角度评价抗草甘膦转基因豆粕的饲用安全性。选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡360只,随机分成2组,分别饲喂含转基因豆粕和非转基因豆粕的饲粮,试验期21d。于21d屠宰取样。采用苏木素-伊红染色法检测肉仔鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠的小肠绒毛上皮内淋巴细胞(iIEL)的数量、用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测空肠食糜中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)和空肠组织中白细胞介素-2(IL2-)和白细胞介素-6(IL6-)的含量。结果显示:饲喂2种饲粮的肉仔鸡各肠段iIEL数量无显著差异(P>0.05);2组肉仔鸡空肠食糜中sIgA的含量无显著差异(P>0.05);2组肉仔鸡空肠组织中IL-2和IL-6的含量及IL-2/IL-6均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可知,在试验期间,抗草甘膦转基因豆粕对所检测的各项肠黏膜免疫指标未产生不良影响。 A 21-day feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of glyphosate-tolerant soybean meal on the intestinal mucosal immunity in Arbor Acres(AA) broilers,and to evaluate the safety of glyphosate-tolerant soybean meal in broilers from intestinal mucosal immunity angle.Three hundred and sixty 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into two groups,and fed the diets containing glyphosate-tolerant soybean meal and conventional soybean meal,respectively.They were slaughtered on d 21 for sampling.The intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes(iIEL) amount in duodenum,jejunum and cecum of broilers were observed by H E staining,and the contents of sIgA in jejunum chyme,and interleukin 2(IL-2) and interleukin 6(IL-6) in jejunum tissue of broilers were detected using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed as follows: the number of iIEL in different parts of intestine was not significantly different between the two groups(P0.05);the sIgA content in jejunum chyme was not significantly different between the two groups(P0.05),and the contents of IL-2 and IL-6 as well as IL-2/IL-6 in jejunum tissue were not significantly different between the two groups(P0.05).In conclusion,during the experimental period,there were no adverse effects of glyphosate-tolerant soybean meal on the detected indices of intestinal mucosal immunity in broilers.
