摘要
microRNA(miRNA)是真核生物中一类参与调控基因表达的非编码小分子RNA,它通过翻译抑制和使靶mRNA降解,在基因表达中起着负调控作用,与骨骼肌发育、疾病等密切相关。营养可以调控miRNA及其靶基因的表达,这将为更深层次诠释营养素的作用机理提供新的研究方向。本文综述了miRNA的结构和作用机制、骨骼肌miRNA在不同动物中的表达谱、miRNA对骨骼肌发育的调控、miRNA与骨骼肌疾病的关系和miRNA表达的营养调控的研究进展。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of small non-coding RNA that act as regulators of gene expression in eucaryota.They negatively regulate gene expression by translational suppression and target mRNA degradation,and are closely related to skeletal muscle development and muscular diseases.Nutrition can regulate expression of miRNA and its target genes,which may bring a new research direction for mechanisms of nutrients.This paper mainly reviews research advances in structure and mechanism of miRNA,skeletal muscle miRNA expression profiling in different kinds of animals,miRNA regulation of skeletal muscle development,relationship between miRNA and skeletal diseases,as well as nutritional regulation of miRNA expression.
