摘要
目的:探讨连续护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:将120例COPD患者随机分为观察组70例和对照组50例,对照组就诊时给予健康教育,观察组给予6个月的连续护理干预,比较两组患者住院时及6个月后的肺功能指标、生活质量。结果:观察组、对照组6个月后肺功能指标及生存质量评估结果与同组住院时比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);6个月后,观察组主诉症状、肺功能指标及生存质量评估改善情况与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连续护理干预可改善COPD患者肺功能,提高患者生存质量。
Objective： To explore the application effect of the continuous nursing intervention on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD ）. Methods ： 120 patients with COPD were randomly divided into an observation group （ n = 70） and a control group （ n = 50）. The patients in the control group received health education when they visited hospital and the patients in the observation group were given the continuous nursing intervention for 6 months, the indices of lung function and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups when the patients were hospitalized and after the intervention for 6 months. Results ： In the two groups, the assessment results of the indices of lung function and quality of life of the patients were significantly different after the intervention for 6 months compared with those when the patients were hospitalized （ P 〈 0. 05, P〈0.01 ）; the differences in the comparison of the improvement of the symptoms of the chief compliant, the indices of lung function and quality of life of the patients were statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The continuous nursing intervention can improve the hmg function of the patients with COPD and improve their quality of life.
