摘要
用资本、劳动力和信息资源作为投入,用GDP作为产出,利用数据包络分析对我国知识经济效率进行测度,结果表明我国中东部地区技术效率相差不大,但中东部与西部地区有较大差距。在此基础上训练BP神经网络,并用BP神经网络进行知识经济效率的评价,取得了较高的精度,从而为技术效率评价提供了一种新的手段。
Taking capital,labor and information resource as input, GDP as output, this paper measures China knowledge-based economy efficiency with data envelopment analysis. The result shows that, the efficiency gap is insignificant in central eastern China, but that between west and central eastern areas is quite remarkable. BP neural network is trained on this basis, and then used to evaluate the knowledge-based economy efficiency with high accuracy,which may provide a new means for technology efficiency evaluation.
