知识网络合作效率影响因素的实证研究

Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of Cooperative Efficiency of Knowledge Network

对知识网络组织之间的合作效率的影响因素进行了研究,建立了概念模型。通过实证分析,表明知识网络成员的期望收益、学习能力、成员组织之间的关系强度、成员组织之间的相互信任、网络环境对知识网络合作效率有显著的正向影响作用,而成员组织之间的相互信任与成员组织的学习能力、成员组织之间的关系强度和网络环境等其它因素之间具有显著的相关关系。

Research is conducted on influencing factors of cooperative efficiency of knowledge networks, and a concept model is established in this paper. The empirical analysis indicates that, network members＇ expected benefits ,learning capability, relation ties be- tween members, mutual trust between members, and the network environment show positive effect on cooperative efficiency, and significant correlation exists between members＇ mutual trust and their learning capability, relation ties, and network environment, etc.
