摘要
光纤线径检测是基于激光扫描直径信息变换原理,将直径数据信息变换为数字量。因此它属于数字式传感器。由于它具有独特的优点,倍受人们重视,并得到广泛应用。本文主要讲述激光扫描直径信息变换原理,数字式激光直径检测仪的结构组成、工作原理和误差分析,最后给出实验结论。
Fiber diameter detection is based on the principle of laser scanning diameter of information transformation, the diameter of the information is transformed into digital data. So it is digital sensor. Because of its unique advantages, people's value, and are widely used. This paper describes the principle of laser scanning diameter of information conversion, digital laser detector diameter of the structure, working principle and error analysis. Experimental results are given.
