普通高校国际贸易人才培养目标的再定位

On the Reform of International Business Education Mode in Universities

我国现行的普通高等院校国际贸易人才培养模式存在缺陷,无法培养足够的熟悉国际贸易政策运用和市场开发的人才,其根本原因是人才培养的目标定位存在问题。高校国际贸易专业要围绕教学科研型、实务操作型和战略决策型三类人才进行培养目标定位,突出战略决策型人才的培养,深化教学改革,提高教学质量,为我国企业在国际市场上赢得更多利益提供强有力的人才支撑和智力支持。

The reasons why international business education mode in universities has not been working well are mostly in that the goal of education is not oriented correctly. This paper analyzes the limitation of the present international business education mode, and accordingly ascertains its goal. At last, on the basis of the goal, this paper points out the reform orientation of the international business education mode in universities.
